As everyone remembers, Maryland gov O'Malley signed a bill last month that removed death penalties for acquiring marijuana on a behalf of ill family member.
Past Monday, Maryland Senate approved a Medical Marijuana bill by a vote of 42 to 4. After that, on Wednesday, gov. spokeswoman, confirmed that gov Marley O'Malley will sign a bill that will make Maryland the 19th state, that allows Medical Marijuana for patient with a doctor prescription.
However Maryland marijuana advocates predict that the law not going to be affective till the 2016.. However, this move will allow medical clinics and hospitals to take a closer look at marijuana as a medical prescription, and decide either they want to go forward with it or not. So by the time when the bill will be complete and approved, the medics will be ready to run the program with confidence.

Denver police is still searching for potential suspects. The victims are alive.

Industrial Hemp industry was going really good in Kentucky a few decades ago, providing jobs for thousands of farmers. But later was prohibited by the federal government being a controlled substance related to marijuana.
So after years of trying to bring the hemp industry into the state- now it's on. The general assembly signed the Bill 50 recreation of industrial hemp industry, voters are for it.
The bill will allow the state to license quickly hemp growers and bring the economy boom and job oppennings back to the state.
Thats the way to go- will see what state will follow the example first
North Korea is the most closed communism country where not obeying to the government rules can lead you to jail. So there is not much people from outside know about this country.
However, this one specific fact, everyone who smokes should know.
North Korean government is negatively strickt about Crystal Amphitamins and Opium and those who get cought even with the smallest amount of this drugs, looking at a life jail time or maybe even something worse. However Cannabis is not on North Korian books and everyone is free to use it or grow it.
