What a surprise it was for the volunteers at the Salvation Army in Venango, Pennsylvania, when they open a donation bag with cannabis!
Someone donated a bag of clothe along with the bag of pot to the local Salvation Army. The employers immediately reported the generous donation to the local police enforcement and now this case is under the investigation. As was reported, it's not the first time when the Salvation Army receives a weird donation, in the past they got guns, cash, jewelry and other valuable and sometimes dangerous items.
That mystery someone could have made some veterans, suffering from PTSD, very happy; However, the Salvation Army ruined it. Police is trying to find the generous donator. We will see if they will.
