Four years old boy brought cannabis to the school

As was reported by the local newspaper The Record-Journal, Four years old boy brought 9 little bags with cannabis to the Hanover Elementary School, Meriden, Connecticut.

During the lunch break, the special needs kid, pull out 9 small individually wrapped bags with cannabis, that were definitely for sale, and offered it to his classmates as a snack.

The teacher saw that & confiscated those bags immediately. The police was called right away.

The school Superintendent announced at the press conference that it is obviously that the child didn't know what he was bringing to school. No one knows where the kid got those bags. The investigation was open by the police and the Department Of Children and Families.
