Congratulations to those who lives in first States that legalized cannabis, be more specific Legal Pot in Colorado and Legal Pot in Washington States.
Both States will allow purchase of up to one ounce of weed to those who is 21 or older from licensed retailer. Also Colorado state will allow to grow up to six plants in private secure areas and Washington State will start taxing pot buyers with 25 percent of the purchase.
Set of rules for marijuana advertisement, licenses producers, processors and retailers, and limiting the number of licensed retailers number in each county will be set by 1 December, 2013
